Please read this before buying, selling, or trading with other members.

What WNBA CardDex is

  • WNBA CardDex is a personal card-tracking tool. It also helps members find each other by matching Sale/Trade and Want lists, hosting private messages, and running auctions.
  • WNBA CardDex is not a marketplace, payment processor, escrow service, or shipping carrier.

WNBA CardDex doesn't handle transactions

  • No money, cards, or shipments ever pass through WNBA CardDex. Every sale, trade, or auction is an agreement made directly between the members involved.
  • WNBA CardDex does not verify member identities, payment methods, or the condition or authenticity of any card.

No liability for member conduct

  • WNBA CardDex is not responsible for fraud, non-payment, non-delivery, misrepresented item condition, damage, loss, or any other dispute between members.
  • You use WNBA CardDex, and you deal with other members, entirely at your own risk.
  • WNBA CardDex is provided “as is” with no warranty of any kind, and to the fullest extent permitted by law WNBA CardDex and its operator are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or your dealings with other members.

Auctions specifically

  • Winning an auction only unlocks contact information between the seller and the winning bidder — it does not create a WNBA CardDex-enforced contract.
  • WNBA CardDex does not mediate, guarantee, or take any responsibility for the deal that follows an auction.

Your responsibility

  • Take reasonable steps to verify who you're dealing with before sending money or cards.
  • Use safe payment and shipping practices (tracking, appropriate packaging, etc.).
  • Comply with any laws that apply to your transactions.

Accounts and changes

  • WNBA CardDex may suspend or remove accounts or listings at its discretion.
  • These terms may change over time; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
